THURSDAY, FEB 9, Updated Wednesday, Feb 8, 9:40 AM. SYNOPSIS: Combination of low pressure heading out to sea and high pressure building in from the west will produce a dry westerly flow. AIR QUALITY: Clean air mass and W breeze with decent mixing should ensure low pollutant levels. OPEN BURNING ADVISORY: Thursday’s air quality conditions should be acceptable for open burning.
